This doesnt work for me im on 23H2 i applied everything you said and did exactly as stated and downloaded it all. I think it has to do with 23h2 tbh the colored bars wont show up and the icons are almost transparent and look strange and my programs and features font app list is so faint you cant even see the names this is why i dont bother with windows themes.

will this reduced my PC performance or not?

OK GUYS IF YOU WANT a real dark glass effect, set these config [config] effect=3 smallBorder=true showLine=false darkRibbon=true [blend] r=1 g=1 b=1 a=140 Basically use effect=3 cuz 1 its white, 2 its fully transparent and 3 its kind of what I want, and rgb to 1 1 1, its a black color, not sure if 0 0 0 works, also color doesnt change on effect=1 so you just need to use effect=3, I will have a=140 (transparent level) i guess but try to lower or higher this number a bit and see what fits you better Fix for full blank window: After you open register file (install it) you cannot move the folder with these files, if you do that you will get blank fully transparent window no matter what settings will you use. All you need to do is uninstall file, and then install again.

Heads up as someone who has used rounded tb for years. Its not longer supported on certain versions of windows 11, and will only work half the time like when you have nothing opened in maximized windows.
